Taekwon-Do is suitable for everyone, young or old, male or female, fit or unfit. It is a martial art for character development, physical fitness and self-defence. After regular training, one can expect to see improvement in the following areas:

Classes are held in a fully air-conditioned gym with the following facilities: shower, changing rooms, treadmill, stretching machines, forging pad and kicking bags.
