Taekwon-Do is suitable for young and old

Taekwon-Do is suitable for everyone, young or old, male or female, fit or unfit. It is a martial art for character development, physical fitness and self-defence. After regular training, one can expect to see improvement in the following areas:

  • Self-Confidence
  • Self-Control
  • Discipline
  • Strength
  • Stamina
  • Flexibility

Classes are held in a fully air-conditioned gym with the following facilities: shower, changing rooms, treadmill, stretching machines, forging pad and kicking bags.

Island Taekwon-Do Centre offers both private and regular Taekwon-Do classes. You are welcome to join us for a free trial lesson. The schedule for regular classes are as follows:

Tuesday 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Wednesday 8:30pm to 10:00pm
Friday 8:30pm to 10:00pm
Sunday 9:00am to 10:30am
10:30am to 12:00pm
1:00pm to 2:30pm
2:30pm to 4:00pm
